Activities:
Engage in a laser coaching session to clarify your goals and aspirations.
Translate your vision into a tangible form by creating a unique clay piece that symbolizes your journey.
Focus on intention setting and exploring the connection between creativity and personal growth.
Phase 2
Reflection & Refinement
Objective: Deepen your understanding and alignment with your goals.
Activities:
Participate in a follow-up coaching session to refine your action plan and address challenges.
Paint and glaze your pottery piece, using the process as a metaphor for refining your path.
Reflect on the progress you’ve made and identify steps to move forward confidently.
Phase 3
Grounded Growth & Celebration
Objective: Celebrate your achievements and prepare for continued growth.
Activities:
Collect your completed pottery piece and reflect on its meaning and your journey.
Participate in a grounding yoga session designed to cultivate mindfulness and strength.
Explore opportunities to continue your growth with a mid-term coaching plan or additional workshops.
Optional - Personal Coaching and Clay session on the Potters wheel
Continue your coaching journey and follow up with a 3 months program of personal coaching and clay workshops (either on the potters wheel or continuing with hand building creating a variety of shapes & forms accompanying your coaching journey

The aim of the clay wellness session is to promote team bonding, self-awareness, and mindfulness through clay sculpting, guided by the principles of Gestalt theory.
Drawing upon Gestalt principles, which highlight the transformative potential of collective synergy, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and creative expression.

As a member of the British Psychological Society , Michelle has dedicated over 20 years to the field of Learning and Development, with a specific focus on digital learning since 2008. Her expertise has contributed to the success of award winning projects across Europe collaborating with well known blue chip companies. Michelle's journey into ceramics commenced in Switzerland in 2019 under the guidance of the renowned Christina Hartmann in Basel. Building on this foundation, she further refined her pottery skills at Aylesford Pottery studios, Kent and recently (2023) explored different techniques under the guidance of the talented Lavinia Fantappie at the Atelier di Ceramica, Florence Italy.
Drawing from her background in psychology and leadership coaching, Michelle infuses her therapeutic clay sessions with transformative insights. Her sessions empower individuals to recognize their collective strengths, illustrating how unity surpassing the sum of individual contributions.
