Introduction
Welcome to The Nuttery! We are delighted to have you participate in our pottery workshops and events. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive experience for all participants, we kindly ask you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment
Registration: To participate in a workshop or event, advance registration is required. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payment can be made via our online booking system, in person, or over the phone.
Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the workshop or event.
Cancellations and Refunds
Participant Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop or event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the workshop or event date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop or event date.
The Nuttery Cancellations:
If The Nuttery needs to cancel a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
Safety and Conduct
Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. The Nuttery is not responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to adhere to safety guidelines.
Materials and Equipment
Provided Materials: All necessary materials and equipment for the workshop or event will be provided by The Nuttery unless otherwise specified.
Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Nuttery is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the workshop or event.
Artwork and Creations
Ownership: All artwork and creations made during the workshop or event remain the property of the participant.
Collection: Finished pieces will be available for collection at a later date, as advised by the instructor. Uncollected items after 60 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
Photography and Media
Photography: The Nuttery may take photographs or videos during workshops and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor or staff at the start of the workshop or event.
Liability
Waiver: By participating in a workshop or event at The Nuttery, you agree to release and hold harmless The Nuttery, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation.
Privacy
Data Protection: The Nuttery respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Amendments
Changes to Terms: The Nuttery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and posted on our website.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Nuttery operates.
By registering for a pottery workshop or event at The Nuttery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
