The Shape of Connection is a facilitated Clay & Coaching experience exploring the relationship between individual contribution and collective identity.
Each person starts by reflecting on what they bring to the team, then translates that thinking into clay. The individual pieces come together, and the team explores what the process revealed about how they work together, before committing to take that insight back into the workplace.
The team leaves with both the conversation and a physical representation of what they created together.
